White or almost white needle-like crystal powder, with slight odor. It is easily soluble in hot water, slightly solulbe in water and ethanol, and almost insoluble in chloroform and benzene. It is easily soluble in sodium hydroxide solution, and will decopose at the same time.
It has excellent mild foam and viscosity responsiveness, hard water stability, and can also be used in the manufacture of high-end soaps.
