An inflatable flame retardant of piperazine pyrophosphate, flame retardant system for PP/PE/TPE/PP(Mineral or Glass fiber reinforced system). PP with HF-800B can pass the tests of UL94 V-0(0.75mm), 70ºC×168hrs water-immersion(UL746C); besides, it can also pass the test of GWIT 750ºC and GWFI 960ºC 

1.Excellent retardant efficiency and smaller density make the lower material cost and good performance.
2.High decomposition temperature provides wide processing temperature window.
3.No migration from the retardant material.
4.Lower smoke density, lower smoke toxicity, less mold corrosion. 

The formula has low comprehensive cost, high mechanical properties, excellent processability, good product appearance, no agglomerated white spots, excellent heat resistance, aging resistance and precipitation resistance, especially suitable for glass fiber reinforced PP flame retardant system.
